Welcome to the website for the 13th Cambridge Scouts Group.
We're an active group, and this website is designed to keep you informed of our activities.
We are the 13th Cambridge Scout Group, we meet at our The Notts Owns Scout HQ on Monday evenings, from 7:30pm to 9.00pm, during term time. We do a range of activities around the Scout Association programme zones. Our evening meetings start with flag break and uniform inspection; followed by a game. We then do a scouting activity, geared towards scout camps and achieving badges. This can include:arts and crafts; learning about other countries; practising map reading and navigation skills; cooking; team challenges. We have an annual summer camp and a winter camp. Parent helpers are essential to the smooth running of the troop, and all parents are expected to help at least once each term. Please email dates when you can help.
